Welcome to the official website of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ). Hopefully, this website can be useful for you in finding and obtaining information about our University.

Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta, hereinafter referred to as UPN “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ), is a public university under the Ministry of Research and Technology located in South Jakarta that also has separate campus in Depok and Bogor.

The main principles of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta are the development of science and technology based on universal and objective value to attain scientific truth; the implementation of Three Pillars (Tridharma) of Higher-Education based on religious belief, freedom, and academic responsibility along with Sesanti Widya Mwat Yasa; and improving governance quality in UPN “Veteran” Jakarta by showing independent, modern and sustainable management. UPN “Veteran” Jakarta is also best known for its patriotic (Bela Negara) value.

UPN “Veteran” Jakarta located in the capital of Jakarta has excellent faculties; research and community service activities with great impacts for the stakeholders; comprehensive library, laboratories and facilities; decent technology and information development; and alumni with good positions in some ministries, government sector and private companies as well as entrepreneurs.

However, these potentials are nothing without holding on to our vision, mission, goals and educational targets. Hence, we try to always be committed in realizing UPNVJ’s vision to be the leading public university with patriotic identity.

In the near future, we hope UPNVJ, which has already become a public university for almost 4 years, will be able to improve educational quality in order to compete and be on the equal ground with other distinguished public universities.
